Log in

Use the admin address supplied with your JORD website. It will look similar to https://admin.example.com, but the exact domain belongs to your site.

Log in with an admin account

1. Open your site’s admin address. The website’s name appears at the top of the login box. Check that it is the site you want to edit.
2. Enter your Email address.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Select Log in.

If the email address and password do not match an account, the admin shows Invalid login details. Check both fields, then try again. Other problems show Failed login followed by the reason.

If you cannot access your account, ask an administrator to set a new password for you.

Log in with a JORD account

Below the or divider, select Log in with JORD account to use the account connected to the JORD customer admin. Complete the JORD account login that opens. When it succeeds, the admin opens without a separate admin password.

Log out

1. Select your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar. It shows your initials.
2. Select Log out.

The admin reloads and shows the login screen.
