Content creation
JORD offers two AI tools in the admin. You can generate image choices in the Media library and choose which results to keep. You can also ask AI to rephrase the text of a Text block. Generating an image does not place it on a page, and a rephrased text replaces yours only after you approve it.
Admin path: Content > Media library > AI generation
Route:/files
Generate image choices
- Open Content > Media library.
- Select AI generation in the list header. A dialog opens.
- In Description, describe the subject, setting, composition, and visual style.
- Select AI generation inside the dialog.
- Wait for the results. The admin shows up to three choices.
Write a concrete prompt. For example: A ceramic coffee cup on a plain oak table, soft window light, no text or logo.
A prompt is the description you give the image generator. Name the subject, explain where it should be, and describe the style. You can write it in any language; JORD translates it to English before generating.
Every result is a landscape picture with a 4:3 shape. You cannot request a portrait or square result. Choose the display shape later with the ratio field where you place the image, and say in the prompt if you need empty space around the subject so that a crop does not cut it off.
Do not include private customer information or confidential plans in the description.
Use an approved real photograph when visitors need to see an actual product, person, or venue. A generated picture should not misrepresent what the organisation offers.
Select and name images
After the results appear, the description is locked. Each result has a Keep checkbox and a Filename field.
- Tick Keep for each result you want.
- Enter a descriptive filename for every result you keep.
- Select Submit.
- Wait for the upload progress to finish and the Upload successful notification.
The admin adds .jpg unless the filename already ends in .jpg or .jpeg. Chosen files then appear in the Media library.
For example, use coffee-cup-window-light.jpg rather than image1.jpg so you can find it again. If none of the results is suitable, do not upload one just to finish the task. Select Cancel, then open AI generation again with a revised description.
Put the image on a page
- Confirm the selected image appears in Content > Media library.
- Open the page, article, or other record that needs it.
- Find its image field, or add an Image block inside its content.
- Select the generated file and complete the description and source fields as needed.
- Save the content item, complete publication if needed, and check the public crop.
Use Image and text for a picture beside a page introduction, or an Image block for a picture inside an article.
Review generated images
Before using an image publicly, check:
- Factual details and accidental distortions.
- Brand colours, mood, and composition.
- Visible text, logos, trademarks, and recognisable people.
- Usage rights and the organisation’s AI policy.
- Sensitive, biased, or misleading content.
- The crop on mobile and desktop.
Describe the picture in the image field where you place the file, so the description also helps someone who cannot see it. See Media library.
Rephrase text
A Text block’s toolbar has a Rephrase text button. It sends the block’s text to an AI service, which makes the wording more vivid and corrects grammar and typing errors.
- Write or paste the text in the block.
- Select Rephrase text and wait while the admin shows Processing text.
- Read the proposal in Modified text.
- Select Apply to replace your text, or Cancel to keep it.
- Check names, figures, dates, and tone, then save the form.
It works for Hungarian, English, and German content.
Rephrased text can change meaning or add claims you did not make. Treat it as a draft that needs your review. Do not send private customer information or confidential plans.
Daily limits and errors
Each website can send a limited number of AI requests per day: by default three image generations and ten rephrase requests. The count resets each day at midnight UTC. JORD sets these limits; there is no setting for them in the admin.
If generation fails or does not return choices, the admin shows an error notification and unlocks the description so you can try again. Keep the error message and ask the website administrator to check the image-generation service or the daily limit.
