Reset password
Use this if you cannot sign in because you forgot your password.
- Open mail.skape.io .
- Select Forgot password below the sign-in form.
- Enter your e-mail address and follow the instructions sent to you.
- Sign in with the new password, then set one you will remember. See Change password.
Note
If no reset option is available, or you no longer have access to the recovery details on file, contact your mail administrator to reset the mailbox password manually.
